Boot Camp Training
This class is a quick full-body workout that consists of a combination exercises such as abs, cardio, and strength training. A class for everyone of all ages wanting to tone muscle and increase strength and endurance. It is a group-class setting providing motivation and accountability. This class is the total package. There are no limits.
Four week boot camp program
Mon/Wed/Fri – 5:15 am, 8:15 am
Tues/Thur – 5:30 pm, Sat – 9 am
Tue/Thur – 5:15 am, 8:15 am, 6:15pm.
Mon/Wed 6:15 pm
Summer special: $225 for June/July/aug.
$120 a session or $90 for members (children in speed & agility program)
